Overview

The Configuration Wizard fails with the following error message:

solarwindsorionlog_01.png

Environment

NPM 10.5 to NPM 11.0.1

Resolution

  1. Open the Microsoft SQL Management Studio.
  2. Under Databases, right click the Orion database and then select Task > Detach. - Please confirm if there is a particular database name that the user should right click. (usually our Database name is SolarWindsOrion or NetPerfmon)
