Clear alerts from the Alerts window

Overview

This article provides steps to clear alerts from the Alerts window. 

Environment

NPM version 7.0 

Steps

1. Open the System Manager.
2. Click on the Alerts button.
3. Click on the Configure Alerts button.
4. Locate the alert that is associated with the triggered alert.
5. Uncheck the box beside the associated alert and recheck the box.

Note: All triggered alerts that are associated to the alert will be removed from the Alerts window.
