Clear alerts from the Alerts window

This article provides steps to clear alerts from the Alerts window. 


NPM version 7.0 


For NPM 7 and earlier


  1. Open the System Manager. 
  2. Click on the Alerts button.
  3. Click on the Configure Alerts button.
  4. Locate the alert that is associated with the triggered alert.
  5. Uncheck the box beside the associated alert and recheck the box.
    • Note: All triggered alerts that are associated to the alert will be removed from the Alerts window.
