Charts in scheduled reports return empty

Charts in scheduled reports return empty.


  • All NPM versions
  • All SAM versions


The issue here is not that the charts are not loading, they are simply being split across multiple pages due to the engine which is used to for the export to PDF function, 

This is a limitation of the engine which we use to export the PDF and unfortunately cannot be changed.


Split the reports into multiple scheduled reports and check to see if the formatting is improved.
