Overview

This article describes how to change the status and response time from ICMP to SNMP.

Environment

NPM 12.x

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console.

  2. Go to Settings > All Settings > Manage Pollers.
  3. Select SolarWinds Native Poller on the left pane.
  4. Select the check box for Status & Response Time SNMP.
  5. Click Assign.
  6. Perform either of the following:
    • Select the check boxes of the nodes to be changed, and then click Enable Poller. 
    • Toggle the ON/OFF switch under Poller Status, and then click Enable Poller.
