This articles describes how to edit the SMTP server on your Alert Actions in bulk when not using the default SMTP server.


Orion 2015 and later


  1. Login to Web Console using an admin account.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Manage Alerts.
  4. Click the Manage Action tab.
  5. Change the Group by to "Send and Email/Page".
  6. Select the actions you prefer to edit.
  7. Expand "3. SMTP Server".
  8. Select "Name SMTP Server".
  9. Enter your new data.
  10. Click Save.
