Overview

This article discusses how to backup and restore reports.

Environment

All NPM versions

Steps

For earlier versions:

Copy the C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Reports from the old server and replace the report on the new server.

For new versions:

Reports on the new version are already saved on Database, they just need to be pointed to the correct database using Configuration Wizard.

  1. During Configuration Wizard, make sure that Database is selected.
  2. Select the correct database on the initial steps of the Wizard.
