Overview

This article applies for alerts that are not sending events to NPM.

Environment

NPM 11.5.3 and earlier

Cause 

The alert is not configured to generate an event on NPM.

Resolution

  1. Go to Settings / Manage Alerts.
  2. Select the alert in question and click Edit.
  3. Go to Trigger Actions tab and check if there is an action of "Log the Alert to the NetPerMon Event Log" configured to generate an event on NPM.
