Webinar: Web Help Desk for HR, Facilities and Accounting Departments
This webinar will focus on use cases for HR, Facilities and Accounting.

Having a unified ticketing and asset management system for all the departments in your company can provide end-users with a seamless experience and make things easier for your IT team. Yet, with different business tasks and objectives, many departments don’t fully understand the capabilities of Web Help Desk and how the software can be customized for effective use in their departments.

An alert was set to trigger on an interface of a custom group such as high customization. No email was received even the trigger conditions are met.

NPM v11.5.3

The alert did not trigger because Custom Property had no members.

  1. Go to each of the objects that you want in the custom group.
  2. Edit the properties.
  3. Scroll to Custom group and then change to Yes.
  4. This should allow the alert to trigger on this object.
