This article provides steps to resolve the issue when Alert Conditions field reflect blank and do not populate while creating a Web alert.


NPM version 11.5.2 



This issue is caused by Information service memory link fixed in Hotfix 5/6 of Orion core Platform 2015.2.1



  1. Download
  2. Install Hotfix 6.
  3. Run the Configuration Wizard.
