Issue

After upgrading to NPM 11.5, several WPM 2.1 resources (Steps Availability, Transaction Availability, Player Load Percentage) display the following error message:
   There was an error while loading data for this resource. 
   Specified cast is not valid.

Resolution

Apply Hotfix 2 for WPM 2.1
