Additional pollers are missing from the customer portal.


  • All NPM versions


If there missing additional pollers within the customer portal, verify that there is a license for the APE and that it was downloaded. The APE might be connected but was left witth a demo version which is expired or about to expire.

Please contact SolarWinds support for license addition for APE.
