Alternatively use the fix below for NPM 11.5, 11.5.1 and 11.5.2

To get the correct information:

  1. Go to the Additional Web Server.

  2. Go to c:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Information Service\3.0\Plugins\.

  3. Open the file SolarWinds.Data.Providers.Orion.Containers.v3.dll.config in notepad.

  4. Change the line:

<add key="DisableAvailabilityService" value="false" />

to:

<add key="DisableAvailabilityService" value="true" />

  1. Save the file.
  2. Restart the SolarWinds Information Service V3 service.

After applying the changes, group statuses on additional website should now be correct.

Cause

There is a bug in the code which does not update statuses from the main server when the availability service runs.
