Overview

This article describes how to add, modify or update a recipient of an Orion email alert.

Environment

NPM version 10.5 to 11.0

Steps

 

  1. On the Orion Server machine, click Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Alerting, Reporting, and Mapping.
  2. Click Advanced Alert Manager.
  3. Select the Alert, and then click Edit.
  4. Click Trigger Actions. OR Reset Condition
  5. Select Send E-Mail/Page to and click Edit Selected Action.
  6. Configure the "To or Cc" field according to your needs.
    1. ADD or DELETE email address in the To of Cc fields
  7. Click Next and Save Changes.
