Overview

AccountIDs are not being removed from all tables on Account deletion.

Environment

As of NPM v12.0 this is still known issue in Orion

 

Cause 

  • This has been logged as a bug before.
  • If a user deletes an account, it will delete tje account from Accounts Table but the child records in other tables still remain.
    • APM_WebUserPermissions
    • UserTabs
    • SEUM_WebUserPermissions
    • VIM_WebUserPermissions
    • WebUserSettings 

Resolution

This is a known bug but has little impact bar orphaned child records in other tables.
