Overview

A 500 website error appears and unable to login to the Web Console after installing Core Hotfix 2015.1.2 Hotfix 6.

Environment

NPM 11.5.2

Cause 

The Core Hotfix 2015.1.2 hotfix 6 is breaking the Web Console.

Resolution

  1. Uninstall Core Hotfix 6.
  2. Reboot the poller.
  3. Upgrade to NPM 11.5.3.
  4. Rebuild the website.
  5. Run the Configuration Wizard for database, website and services.
