Unable to uninstall NCM Evaluation product version

Unable to uninstall NCM Evaluation version and the SolarWinds Orion NCM-NPM Integration is missing from the Control Panel Add or remove program list.

NCM 7.5


  1. Reboot the server.
  2. Log in as a local administrator.
  3. Download and run MS uninstall utility Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed  (© 2016 Microsoft, available at, obtained on November 29, 2016.)
  4. Uninstall SolarWinds Orion NCM-NPM Integration using the MS Uninstall (Locate NCM-NPM Integration which you wont see on the control panel but is actually installed ). Below is an example of after it fixed the registries after uninstalling the Integration module you had selected.

   5. Note: This is not in the Add or Remove program in Control Panel.

   6. Rerun the Configuration Wizard as an administrator.
