Unable to change Config Archive location, getting the error 'Invalid config archive directory'

Overview

The following error is received when updating the Config Archive Directory under NCM Settings > Configs and updating the Config Archive Directory when creating an Export Config Job under ADD JOB SPECIFIC DETAILS.

 

Invalid config archive directory

Environment

All NCM versions

Cause 

This is a known issue that will be addressed in future releases.

Resolution

1. Go to Settings > Manage Accounts > Edit your account.

2. Scroll under Network Configuration Manager Settings and under NCM role, set your account to Administrator.
