While trying to download configs from devices user receives timeout error.
NCM any version
User level login credentials might have been incorrectly set in NCM Settings, which prevents the users from downloading the configs.
In 'NCM Settings', make sure that the NCM users who need to download configs have the permission to access the device. These permissions are set in:
For example, if you need your NCM Users to download configs from NetScaler devices, you need to make sure that:
'Individual - User Level' is selected in 'NCM Settings > Device Login & User Account Credentials >'
'No Enable Login' is selected in 'NCM Settings > Security > User Level Login Credentials > Enable Level'
