Issue: After upgrading to NCM 7.0.2, config files from the wireless devices could not be backed up.
Cause: This issue occurred because of the timeout error.
Resolution: Increase the timeout values in:
Once the values are adjusted and the application is restarted, re-try config backup.
Setting the Telnet/SSH timeout adjustments in NCM:
1. Login to the Orion Webconsole, go to 'Settings' > 'NCM Settings'.
2. Click 'Protocol Settings' and in the 'Telnet/SSH Settings' set the timeouts and click 'Submit' (sample screen shown below).
