Inventory status is stuck - the status progress bar has not moved for several hours, when running inventory report or jobs.

Go to the Orion Web Console:
1. Configs
2. Configuration Management
3. Inventory Status

All NCM versions.

  1. Go to Database Manager.
  2. Click Add the default server.
  3. Click NCM_InventoryQueue on the left side of the screen.
  1. On the Execute query tab, as shown below, click Enable table editing.
  2. Right click the queue under the Results tab, and click Delete.

  1. Refresh the Inventory Status page from the Configs tab, and the page should be working.
