Scheduled job reverts to being disabled after being enabled

Updated: August 1, 2016

Overview

This article describes the issue where NCM jobs do not run or have stopped running for some time and the jobs are disabled and would not stay enabled.

Environment

All versions of NCM

Resolution

Check the scheduled job date range. It is likely that the job had expired.
