NCM is sending multiple emails for per job

Overview

This article explains the issue when you keep receiving two emails for the same NCM job.

 

Environment

  • All versions of NCM  

 

Cause 

When NCM is moved from one server to another, and the jobs are still enabled in the old server, if the server is still running, the Jobs will run and send emails if they were set up to do so.

 

Resolution

  1. Disable or Delete all NCM jobs.
  2. Uninstall NCM.
  3. Turn off the old server.
