The Node details in Manage node on the Orion Web Console shows as managed, but the NCM reflects that the device is unmanaged and unable to add a scheduled job.

The NCM and NPM databases are not in sync.
1. Open your Orion Web Console.
2. Go to Settings > NCM Settings > Sync Nodes.
3. Click Synchronize Databases.
The current status of the affected nodes should now be in sync.
