Overview

The following error occurs in NCM 7.0.x  when accessing the Resources tab:

You currently cannot connect to the main NCM server xxxx either because the server is not yet upgraded to version 7.0 or there is a problem on your network

Environment

  • NCM version 7.0.x
  • Any server platform
  • Single server deployment or Integrated separate sever deployment

Resolution

Any of the following can solve the issue:


 

Note: in some cases, only an upgrade to NCM 7.1.1 can resolve the issue.
