Overview

NCM jobs, when executed manually or by a schedule, skip the Running state and go directly to Scheduled / Disabled and no Job logs are created.

Environment

  • NCM 7.4

Cause

- Component "IGThreed40.ocx" not correctly registered.

Resolution

  1. Execute the following from CMD as Admin:
  2. regsvr32 "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SolarWinds\IGThreed40.ocx"
  3. If this does not resolve the issue, it might be necessary to remove and reinstall NCM on the server.
