Issue: Random blank line appears in the downloaded configs of devices such as Cisco IronPort, over SSH transfers.

Cause: This issue occurs because of the Press any key prompt sent by the device for pagination purposes.

Resolution:

Open Orion Web Console > Configs > Configuration Management > Execute Script in the left pane > type the turn-off pagination command for the device.
Sample command that can be used for most of the Cisco devices:

terminal width 0
terminal length 0

This will appear as the following command in the NCM template:

<command name="RESET" value="terminal width 0${CRLF}terminal length 0"/>

For more details you can visit the specific device's support forums, for example, Cisco Support Forum.

Workaround: If the turn-off pagination command is not available for a device, then you can use SCP or TFTP transfers to download the configs.
