Overall Running vs Startup Config Conflicts chart does not reflect changes in the Startup Config

Overview

When you click Configs in the Orion Web Console and select Config Summary in the toolbar, the Config Summary displays. In this page, the Overall Running vs. Startup Config Conflicts pie chart does not reflect changes in the startup configs. 

Environment

NCM 7 and later

Resolution

  1. Open the Orion Web Console.
  2. Click Configs, and then click Config Management in the toolbar. 
  3. Click Execute script and execute the following script:

    write memory

  4. Download a new startup config for the device.
  5. Perform a manual comparison.
