Overview

This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when the Last XX Config Changes resource is showing Configs for other devices.

Environment

NCM all versions

Cause

The issue is caused when Node is not managed by NCM.

Resolution

Note: This resource is dynamically limited, If you add it into NCM summary view, you will see all other configs. If you add it into node details view, and the node is being managed by NCM, it will correctly limit to this node.

Best practice is to use the configs tab on the side, and only show the resource if the node is being managed by NCM.
