How to exclude white space in the NCM dashboard

Overview

This article describes how to use a RegEx expression to exclude white pages on the NCM dashboard configurations in the Orion Web Console. 

Environment

  • All NCM versions

Steps

  1. Log in to the Orion Web Console as an administrator. 
  2. Click Settings > All Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Product Specific Settings and click NCM Settings.
  4. Under Configs, click Comparison Criteria.
  5. Click Add New.
  6. Complete the Add New Regex Pattern dialog box.

    1. In the Title field, enter a title. 
    2. In the RegEx pattern field, enter the following expression:
      ^[ \t\r\n\v\f]*<word to be ignored>[ \t\r\n\v\f]*
    3. Select the Enable NCM to ignore this pattern when comparing config files check box, and click OK.
