Overview

FortiGate or Fortinet devices are not connecting or downloading configuration through NCM when a banner is enabled.

    <Command Name="MenuBased" Value="false"/>
    <Command Name="RESET" Value="" RegEx="$"/>
    <Command Name="VirtualPrompt" Value="$"/>
  • Add the following lines to the template if the device is not configured to disable paging:

    <Command Name="MenuBased" Value="false"/>

    <Command Name="RESET" Value="config system console ${CRLF}set output standard ${CRLF}end" RegEx="$"/>
