Overview

After upgrading to NCM 7.5, Configuration Wizard will result to this error message:

Website configuration failed
Exception while configuring plugin OrionCore services component Orion website. Filename: \\?C:\Windwos\system32\inetsrv\config\applicationHost.config'
Error: Cannot commit configuration changes because the file has changed on disk

Environment

NCM 7.5

Resolution

Reboot the server and re-run Configuration Wizard as an Admin.
