Error occurred during compliance cache generation: Specified cast is not valid

Overview

The following errors appear when trying to run compliance policy reports:

  • Report not available
    Error occurred during compliance cache generation.
  • Specified cast is not valid

 

 

Environment

NCM 7.4 and 7.5.0

Cause 

The Configuration Wizard for NCM was not finished correctly for some reasons. This specified behavior is been corrected in NCM 7.5.1.

Resolution

Upgrade to the latest version of NCM and this issue will be addressed automatically.
