Overview

In NCM 7.4.0 download configs yields 'See NcmBusinessLayerPlugin log for details' error even though the Configs download fine.

Resolution

  1.  Login to your customer portal
  2.  Download NCM 7.5 - or any later version 7.5.1, 7.6 etc.  (which will automatically contain the hotfix rollup bits to address this issue)
