Overview

Synoptic/Avaya ERS 5510 and 5520 devices fail to get backed up by NCM or may fail login. 

Environment

All NCM versions

Note: Resolution is not available until NCM 7.4.1

Resolution

The Synoptic 5510 and 5520 devices are menu based.

That will maintain the session if not disconnected properly.

Download the following device templates from Thwack and import them to NCM.
