Synoptic/Avaya ERS 5510 and 5520 devices fail to get backed up by NCM or may fail login.

Note: Resolution is not available until NCM 7.4.1


The Synoptic 5510 and 5520 devices are menu based.

That will maintain the session if not disconnected properly.
