Overview

This article provides information on the modification needed in a device template to be used with NCM in cases where the device does not have the host name in the prompt (privilege mode prompt only shows #)

Steps

  1. Depending on version of NCM use relevant steps to edit template, refer to the NCM Documentation.
  2. Add below line (command) to the template:
    <Command Name="VirtualEnablePrompt" Value="#"/>
