Jobs not running

Overview

This describes the issue when one or more jobs are not running properly in NCM.

Environment

All versions of NCM

Resolution

  1. Open SolarWinds Orion > Advanced Features > Orion Services Manager.
  2. Click Shutdown Everything.
  3. Click Start Everything.
  4. Verify that a representative job works by scheduling for 5 minutes in the future.
