Issue with downloading configs from Dell devices with dual login method

Overview

Dell devices that have dual login process is causing NCM to fail to login or download config.

User Name:
Password:

Environment

All NCM versions

Cause

The product is not capable of handling the dual login process.

Resolution

As a workaround, add the following commands to the device template:

<Command Name="FreezeLoginForPreCommand" Value="True"/>
<Command Name="PreCommand" Value="PutUserNameThere"/>
<Command Name="PreCommand" Value="PutPasswordThere"/>
