Question: How does NCM handle compliance reports during installation and upgrade?

Answers:

Installation

All default compliance reports are installed on clean installation.

Upgrade

Only new default compliance reports are added to the existing set.

Any changed reports that belong to the default set of compliance reports are not over-writtent during upgrade. And any deleted reports that belong to the default set are not added again.
