Emails to Approvers not sent in NCM 7.6

Overview

- After upgrade or on NCM 7.6, if emails in the [EMAIL > TO:] field are separated by address per line in "Approval Setup Wizard", emails to approvers will fail.


[Settings > All Settings > NCM Settings > Setup Wizard];

System.FormatException: The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address.

Environment

  • NCM version 7.6

 

Cause 

  • It is a known bug

 

Workaround

  • Separate [Email >  To:] addresses by commas or semicolons in Approval Setup Wizard.
