Overview

This article describes how to create an NCM job to execute a command script on devices.

Environment

NCM 7.5.1 or later

Steps

  1. Log in to your Orion Web Console.
  2. Go to My Dashboards > Configs > Jobs.
  3. Click Create New Job.
  4. Under Job Type, select Execute Command Script on Devices.
  5. Click Next to select a node or multiple nodes.
  6. Click Next to enter the notification details (for example, save job log, save results to a file or send an email).
  7. Click Next to add job-specific details.
  8. Enter the script in the Execute Script Job field:
  9. Click Next to review the settings.
  10. Click Finish to save the job.
