Table of contents

Updated January 24, 2017

Overview

This article provides brief information on the Firmware Vulnerability Report showing the Comments and State fields as empty when they have previously been filled out.

Environment

NCM version 7.1 and later

Detail

When a CVE announcement is updated, NCM clears the previously completed Comment and State fields for the nodes impacted by the announcement.

This is done to prevent new information that may impact the particular matching nodes from being missed.
