Issue
:

If Regional settings are set to YYYY-MM-DD and a user downloads a config file via the web, downloaded files are incorrectly stored in MM-DD-YYYY format instead.

Solution:

This issue occurs when SolarWinds Information Service runs under another user (local system account with another Regional Settings) than NCM win32 application.

Run SWIS and NCM win32 application under the same user to see the same date/time format on downloaded configs.
