The Top Talkers alert email body is empty after changing the dynamic URL address.

All NTA versions

This is due to changing the Dynamic URL and using HTTPS to access the site. The certificate used in the website bindings was for the old URL.

Note: The following procedure does not describe the processes of either obtaining a required certificate or of generating a certificate signing request for a third-party certificate authority. Your server must already have the  required SSL certificate installed.

  1.     Launch IIS Manager.
  2.     Expand the server in the Connections pane.
  3.     Expand Sites in the Connections pane.
  4.     Click on the SolarWinds website.
  5.     In the Actions pane, click Bindings.
  6.     Select the https row and then click Edit.
  7.     Select the appropriate SSL certificate for the URL  in the drop-down menu near the bottom.
  8.     Click OK.
  9.     Click Close.
  10.     Test the website to ensure the certificate is working.
