This article addresses the following error that is displayed when opening the Orion Web Console:

Cause 

This is caused by a missing, corrupted, or misconfigured C:\Inetpub\SolarWinds\Orion\TrafficAnalysis\ TrafficAnalysis.config file.

Resolution

  1. Repair NTA from Windows Programs/Features. See Uninstall, change or repair a program.
  2. Run the Configuration Wizard in full:
