Overview

This article provides steps to remote obsolete NTA Collectors from the database after migration or Orion server hostname change.

Environment

All NTA versions

Steps

  1. Connect to your SQL server using Database Manager.
  2. Click on Add Default Server.
  3. Expand the SQL server.
  4. Right-click on your Orion Database > New Query ...
  5. Enter the following query in the Query Editor:
DELETE FROM FlowEngines WHERE ServerName = '<Old Server Name>'

For Example:

DELETE FROM FlowEngines WHERE ServerName = 'Old_Orion'

6. Click on Execute Query.

This will remove references to the old NTA collector.
