Overview

When you configure your NetFlow sources to use different application ports to send the flow data, after adding the port, you receive the following error:

2017-08-14 13:27:31,190 [95] ERROR SolarWinds.Orion.Common.SWEventLogging - Unhandled exception - Disk free space information [Temp - [C:] - 32960266240 bytes free, DB - [C:] - 32960266240 bytes free] : The number of WaitHandles must be less than or equal to 64.

Environment

  • NTA 4.x

Cause

The issue is caused by a limit on the number of Netflow collector ports that can be configured on the Netflow application server. The limit is 64 ports.

Resolution

Reconfigure the NetFlow devices to use a port number within the 64 ports configured.
