NTA module does not load


This article provides brief information and steps to resolve the issue when the NTA module does not load, or takes a while to load. 


  • NTA versions 3.11 - NTA 4.1.1
  • NPM versions 11.0.1 - NPM 11.5.2
  • Server 2008 - Server 2012



The issue is caused by Thwack or Netflow Sources that add to the NTA Summary page by default. 

The volume of interfaces of queries that run real time for each interface.


  1. Go to NTA Summary view.
  2. Click Customize Page on the top right.
  3. Remove Thwack resource or NetFlow Sources.
  4. Test NTA performance.


Note: If this does not work we would need to investigate this more with Hubble.
