Installation failure in NTA 4.1 Configuration Wizard.
Unable to complete the installation of NTA because the customer has no administrator rights.
Do the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Change the permission on the NTA database file to full administration rights.
2. Restart the NPM server.
3. Re-run the Configuration Wizard.
4. Log in to the server again and verify that the NTA tab is displayed in the console page.
