Overview

This article describes the issue when you migrate to a new SQL server and NTA charts show missing data.

Environment

NTA version 4.x

Cause

This issue is caused by a stale entry for the old SQL server.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Flow storage server.
  2. Open the Flow Storage Database Configurator.
  3. Check the Orion Database Server and validate if it is correct, test, and click Ok.

Charts should update within 5 to 15 minutes.
