System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'Solarwinds.Licensing.Framework'

Cause

This occurs when the Solarwinds.Licensing.Framework DLL file is missing from C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\NetFlowTrafficAnalysis

  2. If this is missing, perform any of the following:
    • Open the Control Panel and repair NTA.
    • Run the NTA installer so the files can be updated and created.
